Suling virtuoso Andrew Timar and I play together in Sunda Duo. Andrew plays mostly Sundanese bamboo flute (suling) but also uses other flutes from different parts of the world as well as kacapi, a 20-string plucked zither. I play kacapi and guitar. We arrange West Javanese songs with our own music to create a unique blend of contemporary Canadian music.
